In today's mordern world we don't give our selves time to relax.  Now here is a group designed to do this, why not come and join us.




Relaxation Group

 

Relaxation Group this is a group that anyone can come along to once a week and learn to relax.  By learning to relax you are letting go of all your stress.  In to day's modern world we don't give our selves time to learn the skills of relaxation and so our stress levels build up.  In this group we will sit around in a circle, and with my skill as a hypnotherapist I will lead the group into relaxation.  This is done by using progressive relaxation; visualisation and breathing techniques, including positive thinking all are very easy to do.  After the relaxation the group if, they wish to do so, can share with the rest of the group, how their experience has been while using the relaxation skills, and how their visualisation was, and what did they visualise? What they have learnt about them selves?  Normally after the relaxation part of the group is over we end up going in to a discussion on various topics.  By attending the group you will soon learn a problem shared really is a problem halved  or anyway not so bad once group members start sharing their ideas.  You will find that we have people who come and join us from all walks of life.  If anything else, your simply have an evening of relaxation and a general chit chat while also meeting new people. On attending this group there will be a declaration of health form for you to sign.  Come and learn how to lower the stress levels in your life.
